We got to attend the Willow Creek Leadership Conference in Chicago for a few days while the girls stayed with Elijah & Cindy and Emmanuel’s parents. We went with a bunch of friends from church and enjoyed the speakers, the food and the company. [slideshow] Cindy put together some Chinese culture lessons for the kids to try out, since it’s not as painful as Chinese as a language, and they would probably appreciate or pickup more from it. [slideshow] Another lazy summer afternoon swimming and enjoying the water. [slideshow] |
