‘Camping’ in Lake Arrowhead

This was the first camping trip that we had gone on as a family since Elise was born. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t very cooperative, dumping snow, hail and rain the day we arrived. We were able to find a cabin to stay in for the first night. Here’s Elijah’s take on it.
The next day, the rain stopped long enough for us to set our tents up on the snow, but the cold was too extreme to sleep-in, so we ended up staying in a cabin for the rest of the weekend. The kids still had fun though, running around in the snow, and playing with their friends non-stop throughout the trip. [slideshow]
