We started off the next morning with some fresh baked chocolate croissants, making good use of our full kitchen. [picture]
Then, we headed over to the Santa Barbara Zoo to check out the local wildlife. Rebecca and the girls even got to feed a giraffe. [slideshow+videos]
For our family vacation this year, we went back to Santa Barbara. Rebecca found an inn called Brisas del Mar that has a pool and a full kitchen in our one bedroom suite. As soon as we got to the hotel, the girls wanted to go in the pool (which they made good use of throughout the trip). [slideshow+videos] Juliette continued her horseback riding lessons, and this time they got to actually ride the [...] We had our last small group meeting before summer. One of the kids’ babysitters, Ms. Smita, is taking her family back to India for a few weeks. And she asked if she could take a picture with the girls to share with her family back [...] |
