Santa Barbara Vacation – Day 2

We started off the next morning with some fresh baked chocolate croissants, making good use of our full kitchen. [picture]

Then, we headed over to the Santa Barbara Zoo to check out the local wildlife. Rebecca and the girls even got to feed a giraffe. [slideshow+videos]

Afterwards, we visited Chase Palm Park for a picnic lunch. The girls enjoyed running around the playground and catching some butterflies. [slideshow+video]

We ended the day with dinner in our room with mac ‘n cheese for the girls, and salad and tacos from Lilly’s for the adults. Before bed, Rebecca watched Peter Pan with the girls for the first time while they ate some watermelon. [slideshow]
