Santa Barbara Vacation – Day 5

The girls started off our last day with a dip in the pool before breakfast. It was a little chilly, but they still wanted to swim in the pool again before we returned home. The girls really made good use of the pool throughout our trip. We’ll have to remember that in future vacations. [slideshow]

On our drive back, the girls were very relaxed in the back seat with their snacks and movies. We made a relatively quick stop at the Camarillo Outlet Shops (just 1 hour), and then returned to Italia Deli in Agoura Hills for a late lunch. [slideshow]

We decided to wait out the rush hour traffic and went to hang out in Santa Monica. We had to make a stop at Urth Caffe for their delicious Caffe Mocha Granita. And from there, we walked to the beach where the girls got to stretch their legs on the playground. We then met up with our friends Taylor and Arisa for some tasty Middle Eastern food at Sham.

After dinner, we needed another caffeine fix for the drive home, so we headed back to Urth again, twice in one day! The funniest line was when we told the girls we were “Going back to Urth”, Elise replied, “But we are already on earth!” [slideshow]
