For our last dinner in Beijing, we tried out the highly rated Made in China on the first floor of the Hyatt. We were able to walk there from our hotel, going through the Oriental Plaza Mall, but kept missing the ‘secret’ entrance to the Hyatt lobby.

After lunch, we took a taxi over to the Temple of Heaven. We discovered that the temple is in the middle of a large courtyard where the city elderly like to hang out. Lunch at Gou Bu Li

Gou Bu Li is a famous dumpling restaurant that has a branch in Wangfujing. We went to try it out for lunch since we had to pickup our Paralympic tickets at a nearby bank. The first floor was packed solid, so we found a table upstairs.

At Hotel

With our hotel in close proximity to the Forbidden City, there are some great views from the roof. Due to the security precautions for the Olympics, we had to be escorted by a hotel staff.
