Emmanuel’s cousin Evelyn stayed with us again after Thanksgiving dinner. The girls had a lot of fun with their auntie, and together, decorated their gingerbread houses which we donated to a Christmas party for foster kids. [slideshow] On Thanksgiving morning, Rebecca joined Cindy and Helen to do the 5k Turkey Trot in Dana Point. [slideshow] Rebecca cooked a delicious birthday meal for Emmanuel with prime rib, yummy sides and a nice bottle of Pinot. All topped off with a birthday carrot cake (and a glass of ruby port). [slideshow] For Grandma Fan’s birthday gift, we had the kids put together a music / piano recital with a program and everything. Elise started it off with a song (accompanied by Juliette).
