We continued our family tradition of having Christmas Eve Dinner at home. Emmanuel’s cousin Moses joined us for a delicious meal prepared by Emmanuel. The menu included:
- fresh herb salad in bacon cups
- roasted potatoes
- mushroom and pancetta omelette
- prosciutto wrapped prime rib-eye steaks
Afterwards, the girls opened some presents, and we all played play-doh
