After Ying dropped off the kids in the morning (from the sleepover), we finished up packing up all our bags. And then headed over to Cafe Kaila for some breakfast. With a couple of hours before we had to check-out, we headed over to the Ala Moana Mall and discovered Shirokiya Department Store, which has a [...] We started off with an early morning flight out of LAX. After arriving in Hawaii and meeting up with Emmanuel’s parents, we were welcomed at our rental house by Honolulu PD (we inadvertently set off the home alarm while waiting impatiently for the house keys). Once we had all settled in, we did some shopping downtown [...] After dinner, we hopped on the HSR to head back to Taipei. The girls complained they hadn’t gotten dessert as promised, so fortunately 7-11s abound and food is allowed on the HSR. [slideshow] Posted from Taiwan.
